Whisky of the 12th Meet
Although circumstances dictated that I should not be able to attend the 12th Meeting of the Wacabian Society, as Minister For Propaganda I feel duty bound to maintain the records of the event. Host and Chairman was Mr Grant, Aide de Camp, and the meeting was held on the grounds of his home in Huntly, Aberdeenshire; the first meeting to be held outside of The Kingdom.
